Mr. Levitt is a corporate director and advisor. He is currently a director of the Charles Schwab Corporation, and a former director of The Toronto-Dominion Bank, where he served as board chair from January 2011 until January 2024. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Imasco Limited, a Canadian consumer goods and services company. Mr. Levitt also previously served in various executive and non-executive leadership positions at the law firm of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, LLP. Mr Levitt holds degrees in law and Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
